Commitment and quality assurance

CSV, S.L. sets out as a priority objective within its Quality Policy that the services offered deserve full customer satisfaction in terms of guarantee and quality. For this, it considers it necessary to implement the Quality Management System established in accordance with standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015.

The general guidelines of the Quality Policy establish:

/ To meet the customer’s requirements and those demanded by the regulations.

/ To take into account the management of resources, both human and in terms of equipment, materials, machinery and work environment, so as to achieve compliance with the requirements of the product defined by the customer.

/ To motivate and promote the participation of the company’s personnel, taking their contributions into account as an added value.

/ To inform all company personnel so that they are perfectly aware of their duties and of this Quality Policy.

/ To analyse the faults and errors that occur so as to be able to eliminate their causes and thus avoid their repetition in the future.

/ To select and evaluate, on an ongoing basis, the partner companies to ensure quality in supplies.

/ To continuously improve so as to increase the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
