The adjacent apartment was joined to this single-family home located in the municipality of Santa Ponça to enlarge it and improve its layout.

The overall renovation of the home gave it five bedrooms and four bathrooms – three of them en suite – along with a wine cellar and a guest apartment on the ground floor.

All the rooms feature large picture windows designed to bring the outdoors inside and create a greater fluidity of space.

Exposed natural store combined with the white façade was used on the outside.
