LEVANTE

Our project Levante is a refurbishment and extension of an exclusive villa located in Sol de Mallorca.

The construction of this project was adapted to its surroundings and the needs of the owners. Its modern architecture was integrated into nature and made its inhabitants feel comfortable and adapted to the natural environment. Therefore, the interior life was projected to the outside, without barriers to the surrounding world, through the large windows that allow that intimate connection with the landscape and nature.

This connection between the house and the Mediterranean was made through the swimming pools, which follow one after the other like an abstract element in the midst of nature.

The large terrace of 13 m2 that embraces the living room, kitchen and bedroom and the exquisite, top quality materials stand out.
