MARAVILLA

Our project Maravilla is a refurbishment that has improved the previous state of a wonderful property with an extraordinary prime position that guarantees stunning open sea views from all the main living areas. The house is distributed over 3 levels; the ground floor has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a designer kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room leading to the outdoor terrace and outdoor dining area with a large infinity pool. From all vantage points there are open views to the sea and the Malgrats islands. Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with terraces and a third bedroom, at the rear of the house, has its own private terrace and there is access to the roof terrace with panoramic sea views. On the lower floor there is a wine cellar, a guest toilet, a cinema room, an office, a sauna and a gym with access to the yoga terrace, all with sea views and plenty of natural light.
