Our project Santa Maria III is located in the same village as the name of the project. This village is only 15 minutes away from Palma and is surrounded by nature-filled estates. It is a property shielded by its privacy and a marvel of architecture and construction. The house has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, large terraces and fields full of native trees of the island. It also has a sauna, wine cellar, swimming pool, indoor parking, guest house and barbecue area. In conclusion, a jewel in the middle of the island to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca.
