Son Gual

This isolated dwelling located in the urbanisation of Son Gual was designed as two storeys connected to each other by an indoor staircase plus a basement housing the garage and technical facilities.

It is surrounded by native plants which require minimal maintenance and blends into the surrounding area perfectly.

The façade materials are breathable, made of the traditional Mallorcan finish of stone and lime mortar. The structural beams, internal doors and traditional shutters are also made of Mallorcan wood.

The result is an attractive and modern villa.
