The complete renovation of this 690 sqm traditional Majorca-style house was done with special attention and care given to conserving each and every one of the registered elements that make it so unique. The project – which covered both the interior and the exterior – also included the property’s monumental gardens.

The renovation changed the layout of the spaces, adding a toilet to each of the bedrooms to make them more comfortable and convenient.

Heating and air-conditioning, along with the latest in home automation systems, were installed to make the home more modern and practical.

Another interesting feature of this renovation was the installation of heating equipment in the swimming pool, together with the latest in cutting-edge technology using ozone purification.
