VICENS
CSV studied the entire space of the project Vicens to completely restructure the layout to make the most of the available space and harmonise the entire look of the house, which was previously cluttered and with little cohesion between the different spaces.
The end result is astonishing, as it is a residence with clean, open spaces, bright and luminous and with large floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the sea views. The interior colour scheme includes soft greys and whites with natural light and coloured wooden screens to divide and create different zones.
Light-coloured natural stone has been used in the main living areas and outdoor terraces to enhance the feeling of space and uniformity throughout the house. In the upper bedrooms, light-coloured wooden flooring provides contrast, texture and warmth.
The outdoor areas have been completely recreated and now feature a large light-filled terrace with a stunning sapphire blue swimming pool, a colour that is reflected in the details of the pool and terrace furniture. The external wall facing the sea has been replaced with reinforced glass to maximise the sea views and enhance the spacious feel of the terrace. New landscaping with Mediterranean plants and palm trees completes the look of this striking residence.
