The construction and subsequent extension of a typical Majorcan house in a unique setting in the municipality of Campanet. The initial project entailed the construction of a main house with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Later it was extended to feature a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property includes a 35 sqm separate annex for guests.
Also an 1.100 sqm garden was created, in which the past and the present meets. The “past” is represented by the outer perimeter of the property and orchard, while the “present” corresponds to the front of the property, where the swimming pool and straight areas of vegetation are situated.
