Our project Maravilla is a refurbishment that has improved the previous state of a wonderful property with an extraordinary prime position that guarantees stunning open sea views from all the main living areas. The house is distributed over 3 levels; the ground floor has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a designer kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room leading to the outdoor terrace and outdoor dining area with a large infinity pool. From all vantage points there are open views to the sea and the Malgrats islands.
