New-build single-family dwelling located in the municipality of Santa María.
This dwelling is surrounded by a large garden area, in which the stone-covered external walls surround wide-open and light-filled spaces.
The house welcomes us with an outdoor patio where water and foliage combine perfectly. The house is divided into two wings.
One of the main features of the design is the use of a building method which marries tradition with cutting-edge techniques and materials. This can be seen in the traditional roof tiles, the copper pipes on dry stone, the Mallorcan wooden shutters and the visible beams on ceilings.
The 12-metre long Corten steel water feature at the main entrance is one of the house’s most striking features.
