Our magnificent Sirea project is well located, with views of the mountains and forest, and is within walking distance of the Santa Ponsa Country Club and some of the best golf courses on the island. Our task was to study how to make the best use of the available space in the home, as well as improving the layout and transforming the rooms using the latest methods and technologies.
All the windows have been opened to bring more light into the interior of the house, the use of natural coloured stone on all the floors provides a sense of continuity throughout the layout of the house. Outside, the grounds with their green lawns and Mediterranean planting complete the presentation of this now striking property.
