Project Solleric is a newly built villa located in Son Vida, set on a privileged plot with private access to the golf course and within a low-density residential environment.
The project is conceived around an open and functional architectural layout, with a strong sense of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The main living area combines the lounge, dining room and kitchen into a single open-plan space, directly connected to the terraces, landscaped areas and outdoor swimming pool.
The property also features an indoor swimming pool, cinema room, gym and a complete wellness area with spa, sauna and hammam, creating a high-specification residential programme focused on comfort and wellbeing.
The layout, composition of volumes, natural light and relationship with the surrounding landscape are key elements in the development of the project. Construction is approached with a strong emphasis on build quality, comfort, efficiency and durability, with particular attention paid to finishes, technical installations and the integration of the villa’s different building systems.
Project Solleric is therefore conceived as a contemporary residence where architecture, construction and functionality come together to deliver a high level of comfort and a direct connection with its surroundings.
