It is surrounded by native plants which require minimal maintenance and blends into the surrounding area perfectly.
The façade materials are breathable, made of the traditional Mallorcan finish of stone and lime mortar. The structural beams, internal doors and traditional shutters are also made of Mallorcan wood.
The result is an attractive and modern villa.
