The mission of CSV Construcción’s after-sales service is to make the relationship with the customer as easy as possible and respond effectively to their requests after the purchase of the home (problems with finishes in the property, specific problems with electrical installation or technical concerns on the part of the buyer).

Its primary purpose is to build customer loyalty and extend the relationship with them beyond the construction and handover of the keys to the property. For CSV, it has become an essential department for handling buyer requests and complaints, as well as ensuring their satisfaction.

Given that CSV Construcción’s after-sales service aims to facilitate the customer’s home purchase by resolving any problems that may arise during and after the process, the most important factors to consider can be summarized in four points:

Speed ​​in solving problems

The client needs any issues they detect and report to CSV when they move into the property to be resolved quickly, so we must be prepared with our own or external services to achieve this.

It is necessary to offer the customer different communication channels with us so that they can report any doubts or problems. In this way, we provide a free telephone number, email, and an internal chat with staff so that when an incident occurs, we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Customer service begins from the moment you reserve your home and continues until after you take possession. CSV Construcción, through various communication channels, keeps you informed about the progress of the construction, any changes that have occurred, and which elements you can personalize in your new home.


In addition, the after-sales service informs the buyer about the operation of all the services available in the property and its common areas.

When the property is handed over, the client usually carries out a thorough inspection to detect if there are any defects in the finishes, the paint, the tiling and the carpentry.

Our company has teams prepared to resolve these issues once the property has been handed over. A few years ago, one of the main complaints from buyers was that when they reported defects to developers, they had to wait a long time for their requests to be addressed. However, CSV has established more direct communication channels with clients to respond quickly to any problems they may encounter with their properties.

Among the additional services offered by CSV Construcción are the setup and direct debit of utility services for the home (electricity, water, and gas) to save the client the trouble of handling these tasks. In some cases, they even pay the bills until the services are connected in the client’s name.

Periodic inspection of the property

We check that everything is up to date, air out the property, collect your mail, store it, and if necessary, forward it to your city of residence. We perform recommended maintenance tasks to prevent common deterioration due to lack of use, such as: turning faucets on and off, operating the air conditioning, and checking for gas leaks, etc.

The frequency of inspections is at the client’s request, and we send reports and images of the property’s condition via email or WhatsApp.

Therefore, our team carries out all types of pruning, watering, and cleaning of the garden and pool, in addition to providing rigorous mechanical maintenance of the pool.

Taking into account the location and particularity of the dwelling, the entry points are treated to prevent the access and proliferation of insects, arachnids, rodents, etc.

Before your arrival or that of any guests, we perform a thorough cleaning of the premises. We leave everything ready so that when the owner arrives, they can simply enjoy their vacation.

We conduct a burglary risk assessment of your property. We analyze vulnerabilities and identify potential solutions. If necessary, we manage the required changes to enhance your home’s security.
