Colloquium Vision & Opportunities 2023

We attended the colloquium on vision and perspectives for 2023 organised by Mallorca Design District at the new Kimpton Aysla Mallorca in Santa Ponça.
The presentation was given by Mariana Muñoz and the event was opened by the Mayor of Calvia, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal. The hotel was then welcomed by its General Manager, Alejandro Bautista Gomez, who introduced the local architect Guillermo Reynes, who was in charge of the design of the establishment.
Then, the colloquium began with the participation of: Hans Lenz,
Managing Director Mallorca Southwest of Engel & Völkers, Luis M. Martin Abati, President of the Association of Real Estate Developers of the Balearic Islands, Francisco Alberti, Partner in charge of Hotel Transactions in the Corporate Finance area and partner in charge of the Balearic Islands office of KPMG and José María Carretero, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of the Balearic Islands.
Carmen Planas Palou, president of the CAEB Confederació-Empresarial Balear was in charge of closing the talk.
Finally, the architect Guillermo Reynes together with Adolfo Almagro, Marketing Director of Kimpton Aysla Mallorca were the architects of the guided tour of the new complex.
